Nothing
better than a Bar B Que! If you have a nice hot bar b que you can
get nice grill marks on the fish.
Ingredients:
2 mahi mahi steaks
¼ cup
soy sauce
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
juice of 1 lime
2 Tbsp dry sherry
2 Tbsp minced garlic
2Tbsp brown sugar Handful chopped cilantro
1Tbsp fresh grated ginger (use the grater you use for parmesan)
Marinate for 1/2 hour prior to bar b que. Turn once do not over
cook only 10- 15 min on a Hot fire.
